Dilip Deshmukh & Associates is currently proprietory firm. The Founder of the firm is Mr.Dilip Sudhakar Deshmukh is G.D.Arch,, B.Arch., P.G. (Environmental Arch.) and FIIA and registered with Council of Architecture. We are also associated actively with Indian Institute of Architecture, Kalyan Centre and Maharashtra Chapter. Mr. Dilip Deshmukh also guest lecturer in some of the reputed educational institutes and also attended many national and international seminars in the field. He has around 25 years of experience in architecture, building and developing field with requisite legal background relating to the area. He was Ex.Rotary Member, Main Club, Dombivali. Also, Registered with Council of Architecture, New Delhi. – Reg.No.CA/86/09657 and Fellow Member of Indian Institute of Architects (F-9229).

  • Demarcation of sloping main roads with the help of Surveyor 3-D JCB, poclain, tractor with compression for blasting stone on sloping site.
  • Directing, hiring labour at a time and controlling heavy construction equipment, settling bills on site.
  • Finalizing natural position to lay storm water drain in different places/water harvesting
